About the Role
Responsible for conducting various tasks while supporting other workers on construction sites. Assisting crew members by delivering materials/ equipment needed to complete projects.
Requirements
- - Must have strong stamina to be able to lift heavy material and equipment as well as being able to work in a fast paced environment
- Valid driver's license
- Must have own vehicle
- General Construction Carpentry apprenticeship &/or enrolled in related course &/or minimum 1 year
experience in the field
- Willing to learn
- Strong communication skills

Responsabilities
- Supervise and lead a team of construction workers on various projects
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including materials used, labor hours, and equipment usage
