Requirements
- - Proven experience in a leadership role within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Must own their own vehicle
Responsabilities
- Supervise and lead a team of construction workers on various projects
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including materials used, labor hours, and equipment usage
- Open to constructive criticism and open to learning
