About the Role
We are looking for an experienced skilled labourer that can take on various tasks, assigned by a contractor. Must be able to work with little to no supervision. Tools and materials will be provided for job completion.
Requirements
- - Knowledge on various construction trades preferably 3-5 years experience.
- Own vehicle and valid full G license.
- Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to use a wide variety of hand and power tools.
- Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instruction.
- Critical thinking and problem solving.
- A good understanding of safety procedures.
Responsabilities
- Supervise and lead a team of construction workers on various projects
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including materials used, labor hours, and equipment usage
